The Only Live Reward Code Right Now: Backbone Collab

Announced May 5, 2026 by Ubisoft and covered by TechRadar. This is the first real partner code drop since the global launch. Three Superior-tier perks, free to anyone with the Backbone app:

  • Ericht Chest System
  • Small Laser Pointer
  • Maxillan Respirator

You do not need a paid Backbone+ subscription or a Backbone controller to claim it. The app is free. The reward is on your Ubisoft account, not on the hardware. (Yes, it’s a little weird that a controller company is the cleanest free-loot source for a mobile shooter. We don’t make the rules.)

How to Claim the Backbone Bundle

  1. Install Division Resurgence and log in to the Ubisoft Connect account you want the perks on.
  2. Install the free Backbone app and link your Ubisoft Connect account.
  3. Find the Division Resurgence perk in the Backbone app and tap Claim.
  4. Backbone emails the code to your registered address.
  5. Open redeem.ubisoft.com/thedivisionresurgence and sign in with the same Ubisoft account.
  6. Paste the code. Click Submit My Code.
  7. Relaunch Division Resurgence.
  8. Event Center → Rewards Claim → Claim Now.
  9. Check your Stash.

One-time per account. No expiration date has been published, but partner offers rotate, so don’t sit on it.

How to Redeem Any Division Resurgence Code

This is the same flow for every code Ubisoft issues, current or future:

  1. Be logged into the correct character first. Rewards lock to whichever character you next log in as. There is no transfer.
  2. Go to redeem.ubisoft.com/thedivisionresurgence.
  3. Sign in with the same Ubisoft Connect account you play on.
  4. Enter the code, click Submit My Code.
  5. Relaunch Division Resurgence.
  6. Event Center → Rewards Claim → Claim Now, then grab the package from your Stash.

Codes use a four-by-four format (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), same as other Ubisoft mobile titles. There is no in-game code entry box. The web page is the only way in.

History of Division Resurgence Reward Drops

Every reward Ubisoft has put on a redemption-style track since the game launched. We’ll add to this as new ones drop.

Launch Twitch Drops (March 31 to Early April 2026)

Live during the global launch window. Watch-time tiers, claimed through Twitch and the in-game Event Center. Per GamingonPhone’s launch coverage:

Watch timeRewards
30 minCanadian Tuxedo Shoes, Canadian Tuxedo Hat, Guardrail V Facerig, Phoenix Credits
60 minCanadian Tuxedo Pants, Blood Fangs Gloves, Phoenix Credits, Dionysus Rounded Padding
90 minCanadian Tuxedo Top, SU Lock and Load Holster, SRS-A1 Weapon, Phoenix Credits
120 minCanadian Tuxedo Outerwear, High-End T0 Weapon Cache, Phoenix Credits, Ranger Ballistic Vest

Pre-Registration Auto-Grant (Launch Week)

Granted automatically to any account that logged in during launch week per Ubisoft’s official launch update:

  • NYC Firefighter Set
  • Pure Gold Weapon Skins

If you missed launch week, these are not currently redeemable through any code.

Closed Test / Partner Stream Rewards (Pre-Launch)

  • Resurgence Military Backpack, granted to viewers of specific partner streams during the testing period.
  • JTF Apparel Set, granted for completing dedicated missions during a prior closed playtest.

Neither is currently obtainable. Anyone selling you one is selling you nothing.

PC Early Access Twitch Drops (April 28, 2026)

Tied to the PC Early Access launch via Ubisoft Connect. Four watch-time tiers per the twitchdrops.app archive:

  • 30 min: Activated Agent
  • 60 min: Field Agent
  • 90 min: Veteran Agent
  • 120 min: Elite Agent

Twitch Drops Rerun (Early May 2026)

A second pass of launch-era Twitch Drops. The interesting wrinkle: anyone who already owned a drop outfit got Outfit Fragments worth 10,000 credits each instead. Players in the r/thedivisionresurgence thread reported clearing over a million credits from a single rerun.

Backbone Collab (May 5, 2026 → Ongoing)

Covered in detail above. The first individual-code partner promotion the game has done.

Cross-Game Rewards (Not a Code, Still Free)

If you’ve played The Division 2 on the same Ubisoft account, you have unclaimed items waiting in Resurgence right now. Per Ubisoft’s cross-game rewards page:

  • From Division 2: Trekking Elite Pack, Legacy Jacket, Washington D.C. Cap, Vest + Cap
  • From Heartland: Cap

Open Division Resurgence, go to the Events tab, then Claim your rewards. Same character-lock rule applies. Be on the right agent first.

Where New Codes Will Drop (And Why This Page Will Update)

Real Division Resurgence codes, when they come, will be announced through:

  • The official @TheDivMobile X account
  • The official Division Resurgence Discord
  • Live developer streams on Twitch
  • Partner streams and collabs (the Backbone playbook will repeat)
  • The in-game Event Center, where some “codes” arrive pre-claimed for your account

We monitor all of them. The moment a new public code is live, this page updates with the code, the rewards, the expiration window, and the redemption steps. That’s the entire job of this article. Bookmark it and check back before you trust any random YouTube thumbnail promising free Phoenix Credits.

Why Other Sites’ “Active Codes” Lists Are Fake

If you’ve already seen another guide claiming codes like 4HKSFXV7INY expired November 7, 2024, save yourself a tab. The game launched globally on March 31, 2026. A 2024 expiration date is impossible. The strings also don’t match Ubisoft’s real four-by-four code format. We tested them anyway. Nothing.

Credit where it’s due: BlueStacks and MobileMatters correctly report no active codes. The other lists are SEO filler. Don’t waste your time typing them.

Common Redemption Problems

“I redeemed the code, nothing’s in my Stash.” Fully close and reopen the game. Then check Event Center → Rewards Claim. The package usually sits there waiting for one more tap.

“Code says ‘already redeemed’ but I never used it.” One-use-per-account. If it’s been claimed on this Ubisoft account on any character, ever, it’s spent.

“It went to the wrong character.” There is no fix. Rewards lock at claim time. Always be on your main first.

“I never got the item from a past purchase.” Different issue. Open the in-game Support button, file a ticket with your transaction ID. Ubisoft was actively resolving these through the Patch 1.2.1 rollout.

Past Rewards & Expired Promotions

No traditional text-entry “redeem codes” have ever been publicly released for The Division Resurgence. However, several limited-time reward programs have come and gone. This table tracks every known promotion for historical reference.

[!WARNING] Any website listing “active codes” like “DIVISION2026” or “FREECOINS” is lying. As of Patch 1.2.1, Ubisoft has not released any public text-entry redemption codes for The Division Resurgence. Don’t fall for clickbait.
