The Strawberry Reaper — Demolitionist PvE Build Guide (LMG Bleed)
What It Is
⚠️ Buff incoming. Ubisoft confirmed in Patch 1.2.1 (May 20, 2026) that Strawberry Milkshake’s perks are underwhelming and under review for a buff. Hold your recalibration materials — this build will be updated the moment new numbers drop. The Anarchy talent description was also corrected in 1.2.1 (was displaying wrong effect values).
The meta sleeps on the Strawberry Milkshake. Nobody runs it. The Anarchy talent looks like a sticker on a soda can in isolation — a 2.40% Weapon Damage DoT that ticks for 4.50 seconds, capped at 50 stacks. Read it twice. The third line is where the build lives: every enemy that dies with Anarchy stacks transfers all of them to a nearby target within 12 meters. One kill infects the room. The room never stops bleeding. This top-tier Demolitionist PvE LMG Bleed build is a comfortable-difficulty setup that turns entire rooms into blood fountains. Equip this off-meta horror show and show the tryhards what true sustained DPS looks like.
This is the Strawberry Reaper — a Demolitionist build that turns the Milkshake’s spreading DoT into a Firepower engine. The Artillery Turret feeds on debuffed bodies. Shaped Charge ramps your Firepower. Concerted Strike stacks +24% Damage off skill pings. Phalanx Attack 4-piece pours +18% Mag, +18% RoF, and +12% Multi-Shot into an LMG that already sprays. Glass Cannon pushes everything another 20% over the line. It is fast, loud, and built for clearing rooms while standing in cover, sipping a milkshake.
Build Overview
- Specialization: Demolitionist
- Archetype: Skill-fed DoT spreader with Multi-Shot weapon backbone
- Difficulty Ceiling: Comfortable through Challenging. Swap one piece for Toughness if pushing Legendary.
- Core loop: Spray the Milkshake to seed Anarchy stacks → Artillery Turret pounds debuffed targets to ramp Firepower and feed Concerted Strike → first death cascades the DoT pool across the entire group.
Why This Is Off-Meta
Strawberry Milkshake gets dismissed because players evaluate the Anarchy talent at one stack on one target. That math is misleading. The talent compounds in two directions at once:
- Vertical stack growth — sustained fire on a single target builds up to 50 stacks, and each stack is its own 2.40% Weapon Damage tick over 4.50 seconds.
- Horizontal stack transfer — when a stacked target dies, the entire stack pool jumps to a new enemy within 12 meters. Group fights become self-sustaining DoT chains.
- Skill mod synergy — the Demolitionist’s Shaped Charge mod set explicitly rewards Artillery Turret hits on Bleed/Vulnerable enemies. Anarchy stacks qualify, which means the turret converts the DoT pool into a +7.2% Firepower ramp every fight.
- Multi-Shot stacking — Phalanx Attack 4-piece and Dominating Presence both feed Multi-Shot Chance. Stacking them on an LMG produces an extra-hit blizzard that nobody is building around.
The meta runs Sharpshooter DPS rifles — long-range, single-target, clean engagements. This build sidesteps that ladder entirely. It rewards group density, which is exactly the situation the meta tries to AOE-clear at range.
Weapons
Primary — Strawberry Milkshake (Exotic LMG)
Talent: Anarchy. Every hit inflicts a debuff dealing 2.40% Weapon Damage over 4.50 seconds, stacking up to 50. When a debuffed enemy dies, all stacks transfer to a nearby enemy within 12 meters.
Use it as your primary in every engagement. The LMG’s natural sustained fire pattern is what makes the talent work — you want the trigger held down, dumping rounds into the closest body.
Secondary — Custom 416 G3 (T2 AR)
Talent slots: In Sync (Shooting enemies boosts your skill damage; skill hits boost your weapon damage — permanent two-stroke engine) and Steady Reload (Reloading grants +18% Weapon Damage for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks).
The 416 is your swap weapon when the Milkshake is reloading. In Sync keeps your Artillery Turret fed while you’re on the AR, and the separate AR ammo pool means you never run dry on LMG rounds. Swap back to the Milkshake once it’s reloaded.

How It Works (The Math)
Concerted Strike Damage Ramp
| Stack | Damage Bonus |
|---|---|
| 1 | +8% Damage on first skill hit within 20m |
| 2 | +16% Damage |
| 3 (max) | +24% Damage — sustained while the turret keeps pinging debuffed enemies |
Shaped Charge Firepower Ramp (3pc Mod)
Artillery Turret hits on Bleed/Vulnerable enemies grant +1.44% Firepower per hit, up to 5 stacks. At full ramp: +7.20% Firepower, refreshing continuously while Anarchy stacks tick on the target pool.
Glass Cannon Trade
+20% Damage output for −10% Damage Resistance. The Anarchy spread pulls aggro toward bodies that are already dying, and the Artillery Turret eats the rest of the attention. At range with active cover use, the DR loss is a paper cut.
Total Damage Multipliers in a Typical Engagement
| Source | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Concerted Strike | +24% Damage (3 stacks at sustain) |
| Glass Cannon | +20% Damage |
| Shaped Charge | +7.2% Firepower at full turret ramp |
| Phalanx Attack 4pc | +12% Multi-Shot Chance for free extra hits |
| In Sync (during AR swap) | Bidirectional damage boost — weapon hits buff skills, skill hits buff weapon |
OS Choice: Concerted Strike vs Dominating Presence
- Dominating Presence OS: +5% Weapon Multi-Shot Chance per enemy within 20m, capped at 5 = +25%. Stacks additively with Phalanx 4pc (+12%) for +37% total Multi-Shot Chance.
- Concerted Strike OS (recommended): +24% Damage cap from turret pings. Multi-Shot stays at Phalanx 4pc baseline of +12%. Loses variable Multi-Shot but gains always-on Damage once the turret fires.
Recommended: Concerted Strike. The +24% Damage cap is reliable, sustained, and front-loads as soon as the turret pings its first target.
Skill Mod Choices
Artillery Turret — Shaped Charge (3-piece)
- 2pc: Armor +4.7% to 9.3%
- 3pc: Artillery Turret hits on Bleed/Vulnerable enemies grant +1.44% Firepower for 10s, up to 5 stacks (+7.2% Firepower at cap)
Explosive Seeker Mine — Area Denial (3-piece)
- 2pc: Rate of Fire +4% to 8%
- 3pc: ESM hits grant +8.6% ESM Radius. ESM hits also extend Artillery Turret duration by +1.6 seconds — the hidden gem. Every mine hit is a free turret-time extension, which means the Firepower ramp never resets in long fights.
M32A1 Signature — Concentrated Fire (3-piece)
- 2pc: Max Health +4% to 8%
- 3pc: 5 M32A1 hits within 3 seconds grant +14.4% Skill Intensity for 15 seconds. Empty the signature into a tight cluster and the turret crits noticeably harder for the next 15 seconds.
Rotation (Stack the Bleed)
- Sprint to cover. Position before the fight starts — the build punishes static cover and rewards angles into a group.
- Deploy Artillery Turret. Let it acquire the nearest target before you commit shots.
- Fire Strawberry Milkshake into the densest part of the group. Stack Anarchy on at least one target — 10 to 15 stacks is enough to start the cascade.
- Deploy Explosive Seeker Mine. Its hits qualify for Area Denial 3pc, extending turret duration by 1.6 seconds per hit.
- Pop into cover for 3+ seconds. Overwatch backpack activates: +15% Skill Damage applies to the next turret volley.
- Keep firing the Milkshake. When the first debuffed enemy dies, all Anarchy stacks transfer to a target within 12 meters. The group is now permanently infected.
- Concerted Strike OS ramps from turret pings on debuffed enemies. Each skill hit within 20m adds +8% Damage per stack to a +24% cap.
- When the M32A1 is ready, dump 5 hits in under 3 seconds to trigger Concentrated Fire: +14.4% Skill Intensity for 15s. Time it so the turret is still alive.
- On Milkshake reload, swap to Custom 416 G3. In Sync procs immediately on your first hit, boosting turret damage while you’re on the AR. The separate AR ammo pool means your LMG reserves stay topped off.
- Swap back to the Milkshake. Repeat the debuff cycle. The DoT pool should already be active on at least one target from the previous transfer.

TL;DR — Five Things
- Strawberry Milkshake’s Anarchy DoT spreads on kill. One death infects enemies within 12 meters automatically.
- Phalanx Attack 4pc gives +18% Mag, +18% RoF, and +12% Multi-Shot. The Milkshake sprays faster and hits harder.
- Concerted Strike OS stacks +24% Damage from your Artillery Turret pinging debuffed enemies.
- Shaped Charge and Area Denial skill mods together mean your turret keeps firing longer while ramping Firepower.
- Glass Cannon chest is the +20% Damage multiplier that pushes the build above its weight class.
Stack the bleed. Feed the turret. Watch it all burn.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Demolitionist — The Strawberry Reaper actually the best Agent setup in Division Resurgence?
If you have the reflexes of a caffeinated teenager, yes. If you're a middle-aged gamer playing on a greasy phone screen, it's still top-tier, but you're probably going to die occasionally. Focus on positioning and let your Agent skills do the heavy lifting.
Can I run this loadout loadout in the Dark Zone?
You can run whatever you want in the DZ, but don't come crying to me when a rogue squad vaporizes you at extraction. Just remember to check your corners, because taking this into the wrong neighborhood means you'll be respawning before you can even complain about lag.
Why should I spend my hard-earned credits optimizing this?
Because you can't take your credits to the grave. Grinding for the perfect gear is the entire point of The Division Resurgence. Min-max your stats, hit your breakpoints, and stop walking around with unoptimized trash in your holsters.
